Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our House in the UK, each one hand-checked before it begins its journey.
How long does shipping take?
UK: 2–5 days. Beyond the seas: 7–21 days, fate and customs permitting.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The legend travels worldwide, wherever the story is called for.
Can I track my order?
A tracking scroll is sent to your inbox as soon as your order leaves the House.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If the journey takes longer than expected, contact us at support@houseofblade.co.uk and we will set things right.

Products & Sizing

How do your shirts/hoodies fit?
Our garments are true to size, crafted with a slightly relaxed fit. See the Size Guide on each chapter’s page for details.
Will my embroidery/print look exactly like the photos?
Each piece bears its own mark; small differences are the soul of the craft.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Write to us with your order scroll and a photo. The House will put things right.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, klarna and Google Pay are accepted by the House.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet set forth, yes. If it has, contact us — we will guide you through returns or exchanges.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Within 30 days of receiving your item, if unworn and unwashed. Full returns policy is inscribed here.
What’s your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days. Return shipping is the buyer’s path, unless the House is at fault.

Limited Drops & Restocks

Will you restock sold-out items?
Most chapters are limited and will not return. To enter the next, join our mailing scroll.
How limited are your drops?
Each run: 10–50 pieces. When a story ends, it becomes legend.
Can I reserve an item?
No reservations — first to the gate claims the prize.
Do you do pre-orders?
Sometimes, for special chapters. Watch the story or sign up for the scroll.

Refund and Return Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at House Of Blade. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (e.g., branded bag/box)
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
    We may refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions or show signs of wear, damage, or odour.

How to Start a Return

Email houseofbladegb@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. If the item arrived damaged/incorrect, please attach clear photos of the item and packaging.
Return address: [8 Belmont street / Manchester / M169JHW / United Kingdom]. We’ll confirm the address in your approval email.

Items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / size: You’re responsible for return postage. We can issue a prepaid label and deduct the actual label cost from your refund, or you can arrange your own tracked return.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item: We’ll cover reasonable return shipping once approved.


We recommend using a tracked service. You’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved. (We don’t reserve stock for exchanges.)

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days) if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

UK/EU Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

If your order is delivered into the UK or EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, for any reason. You must tell us you’re cancelling within 14 days; you then have 14 days to return the goods. Items must be in the same condition as received (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging). We’ll refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost (if paid). You’ll pay the cost of returning the goods unless they’re faulty/incorrect.

Refunds


We’ll notify you when we receive and inspect your return and confirm if it’s approved

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • your bank/card provider may take additional time to process the refund
  • Original shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we sent a faulty/incorrect item or you exercised a statutory cancellation right that requires refund of standard delivery.

For store operations we act as controller and Shopify generally acts as our processor. For certain features—such as enhanced services that use data from interactions with our store and other merchants—Shopify may act as an independent controller of your personal information (including responding to requests about Shopify’s own processing). When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. House Of Blade reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until House Of Blade confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as House Of Blade may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

Free Shipping:

Order Tracking

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If an item is marked Pre-Order or Made to Order, the estimated ship window will be shown on the product page and/or checkout. Your full order ships together unless we state otherwise. If you need in-stock items sooner, place separate orders.

Split Shipments

We may ship items separately at no extra cost to you if that speeds delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees unless stated and are your responsibility (Incoterms DAP). We cannot control customs processing times. If you refuse a shipment due to fees, it will be treated as a return once received back (shipping and fees may be non-refundable).

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Delayed: Carriers sometimes experience delays—please allow a reasonable window beyond the estimate.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for [10 business days domestic / 20 business days international], contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and, where confirmed lost, refund or replace (subject to stock).
  • Delivered but not received: Check with household members/neighbours and any safe-place locations first. If still missing, contact us within [7 days] of the delivery scan. We’ll try to assist with the carrier, but outcomes depend on carrier investigation.
  • Damaged wrong item: Email houseofbladegb@gmail.com within [7 days] of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll put it right (replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate).
